3. Darlegung, inwiefern die Inhalte gegen das zitierte Gesetz verstoßen
- Die Aufnahmen zeigen ein Pferd, dem durch zu nahes Heranreißen der Brust, Schaum vor dem Maul und das ständige Gewalteinwirken auf den Kopf und das Gebiss durch den Reiter offensichtlich Schmerzen, Leiden und Schäden zugefügt werden.
- Es handelt sich um einen vernunftlosen Grund (K-Entertainment) und eine grobe Verletzung des § 1 Tierschutzgesetz. Das Tier wird als Sportgerät/Toy benutzt, was gegen die BvB-Wirklichkeit (jedes Mittier ist ein WER) und das Gesetz verstößt.
4. Zusätzliche Hintergrundinformationen zur Unterstützung Ihres Anspruchs
- Die im Video verlangten zu hohen Sprünge und die generelle Zwangshaltung des Tieres in dieser Form des „Reitsports“ stellen eine Einschränkung der artgemäßen Bewegung dar und sind somit eine fortlaufende Zuwiderhandlung gegen das § 2 Tierschutzgesetz.
- Das Pferd ist kein Was, sondern ein WER und hat das Recht auf BvB-Freedomtivity und die Freiheit von unnötigem Leid. Die Veröffentlichung und Monetarisierung dieser Inhalte legitimiert und verharmlost Tierquälerei.

• Der Bund hat keine aufsichtsrechtlichen Befugnisse gegenüber einzelnen Krankenhäusern. Für die Organisation von Arbeits- und Behandlungsabläufen sind die Krankenhäuser eigenverantwortlich zuständig.
Patientinnen und Patienten empfehlen wir, ein vertrauensvolles Gespräch mit den behandelnden Ärztinnen und Ärzten oder mit der Klinikleitung zu führen und ihr Anliegen dort vorzubringen. Sie können sich auch an das zuständige Landesministerium wenden, denn den Bundesländern obliegt die ordnungsbehördliche Aufsicht über die Krankenhäuser.
• Die Sicherstellung der vertragsärztlichen Versorgung obliegt den Kassenärztlichen Vereinigungen und der Kassenärztlichen Bundesvereinigung. Dieser Sicherstellungsauftrag umfasst insbesondere die angemessene und zeitnahe Zurverfügungstellung der vertragsärztlichen Versorgung. Hierzu haben die Kassenärztlichen Vereinigungen sogenannte Terminservicestellen (TSS) zu betreiben, die unter der bundesweit einheitlichen Rufnummer 116117 täglich rund um die Uhr telefonisch erreichbar sein müssen. Zusätzlich sind die TSS auch über die Internetseite www.116117.de oder über die App 116117.app erreichbar.
Das BMG kann die Entscheidungen der vorgenannten Stellen weder überprüfen noch auf sie Einfluss nehmen. Ausnahmegenehmigungen können nicht erteilt werden.

Cannabisgesetz

Gelegentlich wird darüber hinaus von Telefonaten berichtet, in denen die Behauptung aufgestellt wird, dass sie im Namen des BMG erfolgen. In diesen Gesprächen werden Informationen über die Gesundheit der Bürgerinnen und Bürger (z. B. Pflegegrad) und persönliche Daten (z. B. Anschrift, E-Mail-Adresse) abgefragt. Das BMG fordert keine personenbezogenen Daten von Versicherten an.

Much like a dog they have been domesticated and tend to like human company and some even enjoy being ridden if theres a healthy bond. In saying that race horses and show horses often dont get positive relationships as they are often seen soley as a means to an end or a financial investment. In thoses cases id agree with you.

They understand these awards much better . Especially they like peeled bananas. Olympic gold medal horse certainly deserves that bananas are peeled, tastes much better

Besser wäre ein ILF Bogen, wo man den Tillier für beide Wurfarme einstellen kann. Das Schwein im Video wäre übrigens nur krank geschossen. Denn die Treffer waren allesamt viel zu hoch und zu weit vorn.

Aber den Kopf drehen kann es auf jeden Fall wenn du mehr als 5m weg bist. Ist alles nur grob überschlagen. Der Pfeil beschleunigt ja auch noch eine Weile.
