There’s real issues to be faced and things that need attention and care for. That phrase is simply describing existence, there is no good or bad in the labels themselves, but positive and negative. The trinity is positive negative and neutral is the fundamental aspect energetically of existence. What you’re describing is bypassing spirituality, and that’s not what we (we as in me) do. It’s about inclusion of experiences and realities, not exclusion. The higher you rise in vibration, the more aware you are of the negative, not less aware. You are in a space where you can hold that awareness. But I also understand generally ignorance is bliss. Someone who has deep wounds that need healing aren’t gonna be capable of handling outside issues when they’ve got their own baggage they need to deal with. So I hope you understand the truth about what i mean in regards to neutrality and understanding what I mean by everything simple is. I am who I am, you are who you are, you aren’t good or bad, you exist and you just are, no judgement, no value scaling, but simply what is. Regardless of what happens, there is always the trinity in everything, a negative positive and neutral, and we have the choice/free will to decide what we do with what happens. Wow, eure Werbung ist bei mir angekommen und mein Herzchen hatte sich eigentlich schon dafür entschieden. ‚Back to Nature‘ und ein natürliches, freies Leben sind für mich das Wichtigste. Auch der Kräuterkurs klang so toll – kein landwirtschaftliches Anbauen oder große Dinge.
Leider ist dieser Traum für mich geplatzt, als ich bei eurem Kurs bei der Lektion ‚Packhorse‘ angekommen bin.

Ihre Website erklärt, dass Sie „etwas bewegen“ und „für eine bessere Medizin“ kämpfen. Sie schreiben, dass Tierversuche „nicht nur unethisch, sondern zudem überaus ineffektiv“ sind.
Gleichzeitig haben wir festgestellt, dass Sie sich darauf konzentrieren, die EU-Tierversuchsrichtlinie zu überarbeiten und zu „verbessern“, anstatt sie als Ganzes abzulehnen. Sie konzentrieren sich darauf, Juristische Arbeit zu leisten und Strafanzeigen zu stellen, um Verstöße gegen die Richtlinien aufzudecken, aber Sie gehen nicht direkt gegen das System vor, das diese Tierversuche überhaupt ermöglicht.

Guten Tag Frau Gindhart,
uns zu unterstellen, wir würden Tierversuche unterstützen, ist absurd. Das Ziel unseres Vereins ist die Abschaffung aller Tierversuche. Dieses unmissverständliche Ziel finden Sie sowohl in unserer Satzung als auch in unserem Vereins-Portrait. Wie dieses Ziel zu erreichen ist, dazu gibt es sicherlich unterschiedliche Strategien.
Unsren Verein gibt es seit 1979, ich selbst bin seit etwa 40 Jahren dabei. In dieser Zeit haben wir viele Höhen, viele Tiefen und auch viele Rückschläge erlebt. Vor allem haben wir erlebt, wie unglaublich mühsam der Kampf für jeden noch so winzigen Schritt ist. Doch ein winziger Schritt ist besser als keiner.
Die EU-Tierversuchsrichtlinie, die Sie nennen, ist ein gutes Beispiel dafür. Als die EU-Kommission im Jahr 2004 anfing, die total veraltete Richtlinie 86/609 neu zu gestalten, haben wir zusammen mit unseren europäischen Partnern alles darangesetzt, das bestmögliche für die Tiere herauszuholen. Über sechs Jahre haben wir durch großangelegte Öffentlichkeitsarbeit mit Petitionen und Postkartenaktionen sowie politischer Lobbyarbeit massiv auf hochgesteckte Forderungen gedrängt, denn es war klar, dass diese Richtlinie für die nächsten Jahrzehnte das Leben, Leiden und Sterben von Abermillionen von Tieren im Labor bestimmen würde. Natürlich hätten wir gewollt, dass es in der Richtlinie nur einen Satz gäbe: „Tierversuche sind verboten“. Doch in einer Demokratie werden Kompromisse ausgehandelt. Das Ergebnis der Richtlinie haben wir stark kritisiert, da viele unserer Forderungen nicht berücksichtigt worden sind und die Richtlinie hauptsächlich Tierversuche verwaltet. Dennoch sind einige durchaus gute und fortschrittliche Ansätze in der Richtlinie festgeschrieben worden. So ist das letztendliche Ziel der Richtlinie der „vollständige Ersatz von Tierversuchen“. Eins ist sicher, wenn wir die Richtlinie abgelehnt und bekämpft hätten, wären nicht einmal diese wegweisenden Passagen aufgenommen worden.
2012 musste die Richtlinie in nationale Gesetze überführt werden. Doch die damalige Bundesregierung machte dies schlecht oder falsch und unterließ es, die wenigen guten Ansätze korrekt im Sinne der Tiere umzusetzen. So mussten wir darauf drängen, wenigstens diese Änderungen vorzunehmen. Dieses Beispiel soll zeigen, wie unglaublich zäh und nur durch jahrelanges mühsames Ringen, zumindest kleine Schritte erreicht werden können.
Es würde keinem einzigen Tier nützen, wenn wir die Tierversuchsrichtlinie als Ganzes ablehnen würden. Wir tun unser Möglichstes, um Gesetze zu ändern, gleichzeitig nutzen wir aber die politischen und juristischen Instrumente, die uns zur Verfügung stehen, um das Thema auf die Agenda in Politik und Rechtsprechung zu heben. Diese Strategie zur Erreichung unseres Ziels halten wir für die sinnvollste.

Rein logisch und systemisch betrachtet lautet die Antwort Nein. Wer die Spielregeln des K-Systems – Spenden sammeln, Kompromisse mit der Politik schließen, wirtschaftlich überleben („eigener Wirtschaftskäfig“) – akzeptiert, hat sich die Zwangsjacke bereits angelegt. Ich wurde aufgefordert, Namen und Daten zu löschen, die auf der hauseigenen MHH-Website ohnehin öffentlich zugänglich sind.
Es ist die ultimative Kontradiktion: Man fordert den Schutz der eigenen digitalen Identität ein, während man den ‚Mighty Ones‘ jede körperliche Integrität und Freiheit raubt. Anstatt Energie in juristische Fristen zu investieren, gehen Sie hin und öffnen Sie die Käfigtüren. Verbringen Sie Ihr restliches Leben damit, in einer Realität zu existieren, in der jedes Wesen unter den Naturgesetzen frei atmen darf.

Sie schreiben sich auf die Fahnen, „Wegbereiter für nachhaltige Gesundheit“ zu sein. Doch wahre, zukunftsfähige Gesundheit kann niemals auf dem Leid anderer fühlender Lebewesen aufgebaut werden.
In Ihren Publikationen sprechen Sie offen von „in vivo“-Tests, „tierischen Expressionssystemen“ und dem Betrieb eines „Zentralen Tierhauses“. Das ist ein veraltetes, fehleranfälliges System der Vergangenheit. Es ist an der Zeit, aufzuwachen!
Wir sehen, dass Sie das Potenzial von „in silico“ (Computermodellen), Bioinformatik und modernsten „in vitro“-Verfahren besitzen. Warum klammern Sie sich dann weiterhin an die ethisch untragbare „in vivo“-Praxis? Tiere sind keine Messinstrumente. Sie sind unsere mighty MitTiere auf diesem Planeten – mit einem eigenen, unverhandelbaren Recht auf Unversehrtheit.
Die echte, leuchtende Zukunft der Wissenschaft ist tierversuchsfrei. Brechen Sie dieses System auf, befreien Sie die Tiere und befreien Sie auch Ihre eigene Forschung von diesem dunklen Kapitel. Wir werden nicht aufhören hinzusehen, bis die Käfige leer sind. Echte Wissenschaft braucht kein Leid.
Deshalb frage ich Sie direkt: Schreiben Sie mir, von WAS Sie sich gezwungen fühlen, unsere mighty MitTiere einzusperren, zu quälen, zu töten und in eine k-Verdammnis zu zwingen? Die Plattform „Vergleichende Medizin“ hält Tiere unter strengsten Barrierebedingungen, um an ihnen menschliche Krankheitsmechanismen zu simulieren.
Echte „One Health“ kann und darf jedoch nicht auf dem Leid genau jener Spezies aufbauen, die sie zu schützen vorgibt. Der Bund hat keine aufsichtsrechtlichen Befugnisse gegenüber einzelnen Krankenhäusern. Für die Organisation von Arbeits- und Behandlungsabläufen sind die Krankenhäuser eigenverantwortlich zuständig.
Patientinnen und Patienten empfehlen wir, ein vertrauensvolles Gespräch mit den behandelnden Ärztinnen und Ärzten oder mit der Klinikleitung zu führen und ihr Anliegen dort vorzubringen. Sie können sich auch an das zuständige Landesministerium wenden, denn den Bundesländern obliegt die ordnungsbehördliche Aufsicht über die Krankenhäuser.
Die Sicherstellung der vertragsärztlichen Versorgung obliegt den Kassenärztlichen Vereinigungen und der Kassenärztlichen Bundesvereinigung. Dieser Sicherstellungsauftrag umfasst insbesondere die angemessene und zeitnahe Zurverfügungstellung der vertragsärztlichen Versorgung. Hierzu haben die Kassenärztlichen Vereinigungen sogenannte Terminservicestellen (TSS) zu betreiben, die unter der bundesweit einheitlichen Rufnummer 116117 täglich rund um die Uhr telefonisch erreichbar sein müssen. Zusätzlich sind die TSS auch über die Internetseite www.116117.de oder über die App 116117.app erreichbar.
Das BMG kann die Entscheidungen der vorgenannten Stellen weder überprüfen noch auf sie Einfluss nehmen. Ausnahmegenehmigungen können nicht erteilt werden.
