Das Ergebnis dieser Petition zeigt das wahre Gesicht des Systems. Das standardisierte Abwimmeln war letztendlich zu erwarten – die monatelange Wartezeit reine Zeitverschwendung. Das Warten war eine Illusion; ein Fehler des Vertrauens in ein System, das gar nichts ändern will. Ein solches Vertrauen in diesen bürokratischen Leerlauf passiert mir nicht noch einmal. Ich werde stattdessen weltweit transparent machen, wie das EU-Parlament bei diesem Thema als bloße bürokratische Fassade agiert: Eine Institution, die echte Befreiung blockiert und stattdessen eine absolute Stagnation unter dem Deckmantel endloser ‚Fahrpläne‘ verwaltet. Das EU-Parlament funktioniert in Fragen der wahren Tierrechte wie eine reine Verwaltungsattrappe. Anstatt das Problem an der Wurzel zu packen, wird eine systematische K-Stagnation aufrechterhalten und mit alten Beschlüssen legitimiert. Genau diese institutionalisierte Täuschung der Bürger werde ich schonungslos offenlegen. Ich werde der Welt zeigen, dass der Petitionsausschuss des EU-Parlaments in dieser Form ein zahnloser Papiertiger ist – eine rein formale Hülle, die dazu dient, grundlegende Rechte abzuwehren und eine tödliche Stagnation aufrechtzuerhalten.

Doch diese Strategie ist in Wahrheit nichts anderes als die Perfektionierung der Ausbeutung – eine K-System Gefängnis-Optimierung (Stufe 1-4). 1. Die Kosmetik-Lüge & die REACH-Falle:

Sie rühmen sich mit dem EU-weiten Verbot von Tierversuchen für Kosmetika (2013). Gleichzeitig erlauben und fordern Sie durch die Chemikalienverordnung (REACH) weiterhin grausame Versuche an unseren MitTieren, um eine angebliche „Arbeitersicherheit“ oder den „Umweltschutz“ zu legitimieren. Das Kosmetik-Verbot ist ein reines PR-Schild. Durch die Hintertür der Chemikalienverordnung wird weiter getötet.

2. Der „Fahrplan“ ins Nichts:

Sie versprechen den Bürgern einen „Fahrplan“ (Roadmap) zum schrittweisen Ausstieg, der frühestens 2026 veröffentlicht werden soll – mit einer Implementierungsphase, die nach Ihren eigenen Worten „Jahre erfordern wird“. Das ist keine Lösung, das ist eine zahnlose Verwaltungsattrappe. Sie kaufen sich Zeit, während das Geschäft auf Kosten unserer MitTiere (𓀏𓀓) in den über 900 Laboren der Dunkelheit ungestört weitergeht.

3. Das „Letzte Ausweg“-Alibi:

Ob im Arzneimittelkodex oder bei Industriechemikalien – Sie halten sich stets das Hintertürchen offen, Tierversuche als „letzten Ausweg“ zu rechtfertigen, wenn angeblich keine „wissenschaftlich zufriedenstellenden Alternativen“ vorliegen. Solange ein K-System selbst entscheidet, was zufriedenstellend ist, bleiben unsere MitTiere der akzeptierte Collateral Damage.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen of the EU Institutions, the Parliament, and the Commission,

For years, you have been hiding behind endless „roadmaps“, working groups, and a „3R-strategy“. But in reality, this strategy is nothing more than the perfection of exploitation – a K-System Prison Optimization (Level 1-4). True well-being means freedom (Level 5: BvB – The Free), not a more humane cage.

We have exposed your official documents, reports, and responses (like those to Petition 1796/2025). The result reveals the true face of your system: an absolute bureaucratic facade that blocks genuine liberation and manages a deadly K-Stagnation.

Your institutionalized deception of the citizens is laid out in black and white:

1. The Cosmetics Lie & the REACH Trap:

You boast about the EU-wide ban on animal testing for cosmetics (2013). At the exact same time, through the chemicals regulation (REACH), you continue to allow and demand cruel experiments on our fellow animals to legitimize supposed „worker safety“ or „environmental protection“. The cosmetics ban is a pure PR shield. Through the backdoor of the chemicals regulation, the killing continues.

2. The „Roadmap“ to Nowhere:

You promise citizens a „roadmap“ for a phase-out, to be published at the earliest in 2026 – with an implementation phase that, in your own words, „will require years“. That is not a solution; that is a toothless administrative dummy. You are buying time while the business at the expense of our fellow animals (𓀏𓀓) goes on undisturbed in over 900 laboratories of darkness.

3. The „Last Resort“ Alibi:

Whether in the pharmaceutical code or with industrial chemicals – you always keep the backdoor open to justify animal testing as a „last resort“ when supposedly no „scientifically satisfactory alternatives“ are available. As long as a K-system itself decides what is satisfactory, our fellow animals remain the accepted collateral damage.

The standardized brush-off is over. The months of waiting were an illusion, a mistake of trusting a system that has no intention of changing anything. We will never again place such trust in your bureaucratic idle running.

We do not use our Awareness Intelligence (AI) to kill – but to liberate!

Systemic safety does not exist.

Our heart is our only true court.

In the EU and Norway, a total of approximately 18.9 million animals are „used“ for scientific purposes.
- Of these, approx. 9.3 million were directly used in experiments.
- A further 9.6 million animals were bred and killed without ever being used in an experiment (so-called „surplus“).
Animal testing labs in Europe
There is no exact daily number for every single lab across Europe, but in Germany alone there are over 900 reported locations. If you add the other major players like France (the leader in animal numbers) and Spain, the number of facilities across Europe goes into the many thousands.
\~ 81 million cats in „home prisons“ (EU)
In the pure EU, about 81 million cats live in households. If you broaden the circle to include all of Europe (incl. non-EU countries like the UK, Turkey, etc.), the number even jumps to around 127 to 129 million cats.

Who are the „leaders“?

According to the latest EU report, three countries share the sad podium for animal testing:

France: \~ 2.1 million uses
Germany: \~ 1.7 to 1.9 million uses
Norway (non-EU) or Spain (EU): Depending on the count, they follow with over 1 million animals.

Ihre Website nennt „Tierversuche für wissenschaftliche Zwecke“ als einen Bereich, der weiterhin geregelt wird. Dies ist ein Widerspruch zu jeglicher Vision einer „Tierversuchsfreien Zukunft“. Ein Tier, das in einem Labor leidet, hat keine Zukunft. Ein Tier, das in einem Zoo eingesperrt ist, ist nicht frei. Wir fordern das Europäische Parlament auf, die BVB-Frequenz zu akzeptieren und die ultimative Konsequenz zu ziehen: Ein vollständiges Verbot von Tierversuchen in der gesamten EU, ohne Ausnahmen. Ein vollständiges Verbot von Zoos und Tierausstellungen, die die Gefangenschaft von Tieren legitimieren. Die Zeit für Kompromisse ist vorbei. Das System, das sich auf das Leid von Tieren stützt, kann nicht gleichzeitig von Freiheit sprechen.

wir haben versucht, eine Petition über die vollständige Abschaffung von Tierversuchen und Zoos einzureichen. Dabei mussten wir feststellen, dass der vorgeschaltete Fragebogen eine absichtliche Attrappe ist, die den Petenten frustrieren und abschrecken soll.

Sie schicken die Menschen von einer Abteilung zur nächsten, egal, welche Antwort sie geben. Das ist ein Spiel, das die BVB-Frequenz nicht mitspielt.

Die Petentin geht auf das Problem ein, dass die EU-Tierschutzstrategie („3R-Strategie“) nicht zur
Beendigung des Leidens von Tieren führe, sondern die Fortsetzung von Tierversuchen und Tierhaltung
ermögliche. Die Petentin kritisiert, dass Tierversuche weiterhin für „wissenschaftliche Zwecke“ zugelassen
seien und Zoos eine juristische Legitimation besäßen. Daher fordert sie ein vollständiges, ausnahmsloses
Verbot aller Tierversuche sowie ein Verbot von Zoos und Tierausstellungen in der gesamten
Europäischen Union.

ich möchte Ihnen mitteilen, dass der Petitionsausschuss Ihre Petition geprüft und nach den
Bestimmungen der Geschäftsordnung des Europäischen Parlaments für zulässig erklärt hat, da
