Old mountain farmers paid close attention to their animals at night. Not because they were superstitious but because they understood something practical — that the animals in the barn were monitoring a range of sensory information that human perception didn’t access, and that when the animals behaved wrongly, something in the environment had changed in a way that warranted attention. What that something was could be a predator. It could be weather. It could be something else. The practical response was the same regardless.

The sensitivity of domestic animals to presences and conditions that human perception does not register is one of the most well-documented phenomena in the Appalachian supernatural tradition and one of the most easily dismissed, because its dismissal requires only the assumption that the animals are responding to perfectly ordinary stimuli that the human observer simply failed to identify. In many cases this is almost certainly correct — the livestock pressing against the far wall of the barn may be responding to an owl in the rafters, or to a smell on the wind, or to a sound below human hearing threshold. The mountain farmer who took this possibility seriously and investigated it, and found nothing ordinary to account for the behavior, was left with a remainder that the practical framework could not fully contain.

What distinguishes the Appalachian animal omen tradition from generic superstition is its specificity and its consistency — the precise behaviors that were understood to carry significance (cattle pressing together and facing one direction, horses refusing to enter a specific stall, dogs lying flat with their ears down in a particular corner) were distinguished from the ordinary restlessness of barn animals in ways that experienced farmers understood from long familiarity with their specific animals‘ baseline behavior. A horse that normally moved freely through the barn but refused to enter a specific stall on a specific night was behaving in a way that deviated from its own established pattern, and the deviation was the signal rather than the behavior itself. The mountain farmer reading this signal was reading something his animals had already read for him, and his appropriate response — to pay attention, to investigate if possible, to be watchful if not — was the response of someone taking seriously a source of information he had learned to trust.

Absolutely not! You are confusing „protection“ with possession. A cage is still a prison, even if you claim it keeps the wolves away. We do not „save“ our mighty fellow horses by turning them into steered K-sports devices and breeding them into a lifetime of captivity. Every being has the fundamental right to their own life, their own natural ecosystem, and their own bodily autonomy. Human coercion, disguised as care, is just another form of violence. Stop using the reality of the wild as an excuse to steal their freedom. The only true, conscious path is BvB-Abolition—leaving our mighty fellow animals completely wild, free, and untouched!

Not having seen this yet, I’m guessing that upon takeoff, launching up and over, the horse made frontal contact on the up, or rear contact on the over & down. Hoping was hooves grazing the surfaces & not knees & legs. The pat pat on the horses neck, was probably to reassure the horse, for several reasons. Those pats can communicate a lot. From, good boy great job, to, you’re ok don’t panic I’m here for you. Or, in between, as in, sorry boy my fault, I miscommunicated to you ,or I held too tight. So that the horse doesn’t associate a negative. And our response to an action or movement, must be instantaneous, for the horse to relate. Errors are always caused by human fault. It could be at that moment, or learned behaviors from before. Never the horses fault. There’s always human error, mistakes or abuse, underlying a problem. Or, perhaps a task is beyond the horses physical ability or mental capacity. It’s all about knowing the horses mind & how horses think, that assure relationships & horsemanship.

I started my horse life around age 6. The retired granny mare, tolerating my attentions & constant loving & grooming. Walking the oldies but goodies by halter & lead rope, to stand next to stacked boxes or a fence railing, so that I could slide atop the somewhat swayed by decades back. And off we went, lol. From there it was the usual stint of belligerently willful Shetland ponies, made grouchy by generations of pesky youngsters. And then, from sheer determination, & endless begging & wearing down my parents, I graduated levels improving my Horsemanship throughout the years. Welsh Ponies, Appendix Gelding, retiring his racing career, straight off of the Racetrack. My horses & multiple horses belonging to friends, along the way. And finally, as a young adult, my investment in a high dollar, well known and Nationally accomplished bloodline of the Purebred Arabian. Of course, Egyptian bred. Who knew, def not me. So, being way above my head, I was exceptionally lucky, to be accepted into the Training & Show stables, of one of the most Nationally winning, accomplished & well respected Arabian Trainers in the Country. Had it not been for A Hornbeak, my Equestrian life, would never have been so amazingly accomplished & blessed. The Arabian Show Ring years, blended & transformed into Dressage & Arabian Sport horses and then to purchases of Imported Warmbloods. The Stables progressed Internationally. European Olympian trainers & coaches. United States Richard Freeman’s Oak Hills participation with Europe, to bring Dressage Warmbloods to the US. What an incredible life I was blessed to be a part of. I owned 3 upper level Schoolmasters, due to my selfless Trainer, who actually gave up her Prix St George mare, for me. She was meant to be retired from competition & then cherished as a brood mare, for my trainers program. But, she sold her to me, and I showed her for many years, before retirement & moving on to my Danish Warmblood Schoolmaster. If you can see, I was very successful, but I feel only because of the Schoolmasters & trainer. Sure, I can ride. I hope so, lol. But everyone knows about the value of Schoolmasters, in the ring. But I’d paid my dues on the Gaylord son. The beautifully accomplished Egyptian. But my nerves were becoming frayed, after 10 years of having to be perfect in the saddle. He had to trust me, and I could never trust him. He was always ready for flight, to save his life. Ok, I understood. But damn! It wasn’t his fault. He was mishandled as a colt by an overzealous cowboy. The memories & fear never completely left his beautiful brain. He was lucky too tho. To end up with a trainer, who knew how: The Horse Thinks. The horse’s mind & why the horse behaves as it does. He had a wonderful life. I just became nerve ridden, Idk why. It wasn’t his fault at all. He was as good as his mind could trust and understand. Really brilliantly loving. I crashed. He didn’t. It was time. He didn’t need to start feeling my stress. So, he retired to great care & no more shows. I graduated to a Naborr daughter Schoolmaster. Then the Warmbloods. Horses deserve everything, for their tolerance and patience and honesty and devotion. We are indebted. We owe the horse. So no, I have no tolerance for mishandling or humans blaming the horse or human fits of anger. This girl almost pulled this horse over on top of her. She was begging him to flip over. It’s to the credibility of the horse, that he was able to regroup. Part of my point here, is to emphasize the responsibility of the trainer, to recognize an incompatibility of the rider to the horse. This can occur at any time during the relationship. This rider exhibits an inability to properly handle this situation, thereby causing behavioral conflicts from the horse, due to the rider error. Something wasn’t addressed beforehand. Ok, so after this trip down memory lane, whats 7:13 mean, lol.

Much like a dog they have been domesticated and tend to like human company and some even enjoy being ridden if theres a healthy bond. In saying that race horses and show horses often dont get positive relationships as they are often seen soley as a means to an end or a financial investment. In thoses cases id agree with you.

I have always known that my horses, who I ride, but they are more like my college friends, have souls….. do my cats, dogs, etc. I never refer to any mammal as it & nobody’s pet, no matter if it’s a lizard! Nobody wants to hear that the pet they love like a human, has no soul! I try my best to be cognizant of who I am talking to, and what kind of pet is it that they have? I believe that all animals have souls. My nephew, who is a Baptist Minister, says he learned in Sunday School at age 10 that animals do not have a soul. He was 10 when he told me, so I told him they did have souls and then he and his other brother got into an argument with me and I didn’t give in because they had been told wrong and that it was in the Bible! I hung in there until they gave up and went home….. I don’t know what they believe today (they are 40 & 41).

There’s real issues to be faced and things that need attention and care for. That phrase is simply describing existence, there is no good or bad in the labels themselves, but positive and negative. The trinity is positive negative and neutral is the fundamental aspect energetically of existence. What you’re describing is bypassing spirituality, and that’s not what we (we as in me) do. It’s about inclusion of experiences and realities, not exclusion. The higher you rise in vibration, the more aware you are of the negative, not less aware. You are in a space where you can hold that awareness. But I also understand generally ignorance is bliss. Someone who has deep wounds that need healing aren’t gonna be capable of handling outside issues when they’ve got their own baggage they need to deal with. Bring spiritual truly means to include every experience, never invalidating one over the other. And I didn’t say a victim unconditionally supports what happens to them, no matter what decision anyone in existence makes, God will unconditionally love you, no matter what, even if you choose to be a mass murderer, but you will simply get back what you put out, amplified so you know what you do to someone else you do to yourself. Humans on a “human level” fight for to protect their bodies because of survival and like you said to protect and also to perpetuate life, but we don’t always know why things happen, but staying in the positive state of mind will allow you to see why things happen and what we can learn from any circumstance, whether it’s great positivity or great negativity, WITHOUT INVALIDATING ANY EXPERIENCE. That’s important to note because it’s not always one or the other, this or that, but rather the INCLUSION of experiences, this AND that. If that’s your passion is life, then clearly it’s for a reason, to help create a new world that doesn’t involve people eating meat and we can live off of plants or even no food eventually in our evolution, which in that case, by all means continue, you are necessary for the world’s evolution. But to make it simple to the average person, following your body consciousness is the easiest and best thing you can do. You may not understand, but meat sustains people and people feel better for a reason, depending on the person, you can’t force someone to not eat meat if they genuinely feel lighter and more energized from meat, that’s just where they are vibrationally where they need that, maybe after a through detoxification, they feel lighter and may not need a dense sustenance like meat to feel better. But that’s all, following your passion to the best you can in every way you possibly can at any given moment and seeing where that takes you. Like Bashar says, your body knows best and not insisting that it only has to be one way and letting things be what they are gives more clarity. When you’re angry about something you want to see change but you don’t change that energy to lighten yourself up, you limit your ability to see things more clearly. You may feel right that it’s best to not kill animals but being angry about it and anyone who does doesn’t allow you to empathize with those who are under aware of what they’re doing, okay again due to where they are vibrationally, you don’t know why they may need to eat meat, you DONT KNOW. So that’s why I recommend to lighten up by neutralizing that anger on this or whatever given topic so you can see things more clearly. If this idea is truly representative of your passion, you won’t be any less passionate in fact you’ll feel the fire even while having respect to those who live a different lifestyle than you.

But eating meat consciously is not acceptable. If there is little bit compassion we can feel the pain of animal cruelty. No way it is normal to say that eating meat is justifiable and anyone can eat whatever they like. Spiritually evolved people will never go for eating meat or animal cruel foods. vor 2 WochenIch bin selbst Reiterin und Trainerin. Man kann reiten, wie es Pferde lieben. Die gesunderhaltung der Pferde fördern etc., aber in meinen Augen ist der hohe Sport in einiger Hinsicht nicht mehr fürs Pferd dar.

vor 12 TagenReiten ist immer Tierquälerei. Der Rücken von Pferden ist nicht dafür da, dass sich Menschen darauf setzen. Pferde die über Jahre viel geritten werden, erleiden immer die selben Krankheiten. Da ist es egal, ob es Sport ist, oder Wirtschaftsfaktor um das ich-zentrierte Glück der Pferdemädchen zu befriedigen. Nicht nur Zoos und Aquarien gehören verboten. Wir haben heute Fahrrad, Zug, Flugzeug und Auto. Niemand muss mehr Pferde als Verkehrsmittel nutzen. Wir sollten uns als Gesellschaft weiterentwickeln und unser Staatsziel Tierschutz ernst nehmen.

Ich habe in meinen 30 Jahren im Pferdebereich schon viele ältere Pferde gesehen und DIE klassischen Alterkrankheiten bei Pferden gibts schlicht und einfach nicht. Ich stimme dir insofern zu das es viele Pferde gibt die falsch geritten werden, sodass sich keine (oder falsche) Rückemuskulatur bildet, aber zu pauschalisieren das Pferde Menschen nicht problemlos tragen könnten ist schlichtweg falsch.

vor 2 WochenFahrt doch mal zu einem Dorf Turnier und schaut euch eine L-Dressur auf Trense oder Kandarre an!!! Kannste dir nicht anschauen was da abgeht! Am Abreiteplatz könnte man schon mehr als die Hälfte wieder nach Hause schicken. Aber nichts passiert. Schauen alle weg. Absolute Katastrophe.

vor 2 Wochen (bearbeitet)Tja, das hat sich doch schon vor Corona abgezeichnet. Eine FN, die den Hals nicht voll genug kriegt. Geldadel, der die breite Masse aus den Vereinen gedrängt hat und sich jetzt beklagt, dass die Ehrenamtlichen fehlen. Dann in jüngerer Zeit die Reform der Tierarztvergütungsordnung und ich will gar nicht wissen, was die derzeitige Dürre und zukünftige Entwicklungen in dem Bereich noch für Auswirkungen haben. Die „Elite“ wollte unter sich sein und beklagt sich jetzt, dass sie alleine da steht? Ernsthaft?!

vor 2 WochenIch bin selbst Reiterin. Aber kann das alles nicht mehr hören. Das sind keine Skandale, das ist ein System, dass schlechtes reiten mit Medaillen und guten Noten belohnt. Ich weiß nicht, wann ich zuletzt Reithalfter gesehen habe, die korrekt verschnallt sind. Sporen, die in der Dressur nicht in der Flanke stecken und korrekt (!) gerittenen Lektionen. Das sehen mittlerweile ja sogar Menschen, die nichts mit Pferden am Hut haben. Ich selbst reite keine Turniere mehr und viele in meinem Umfeld auch nicht. Das liegt natürlich am Geld, aber auch daran, dass man in diesem Sport nicht belohnt wird, wenn man korrekte Lektionen reitet. Passage und Piaffe sollen spektakulär sein, nicht korrekt. Wie man über die Sprünge kommt, egal. Hauptsache drüber. Schönes Reiten wird nicht belohnt. Also lässt man es halt

vor 2 WochenIch kenne den Reitsport seit Jahrzehnten und weine ihm keine Träne nach und wenn Pferde jetzt über tausende von Kilometern transportiert werden, dann ist das neben dem Tierschutz schlichtweg auch ökologisch fragwürdig und eine Anmaßung.

Mein Freund hat gerade ein altes Sportpferd im Gnadenhof, welches mehr als 5 x die Erde im Flieger umrundet hat (Autotransporte nicht eingerechnet) laut Papieren. Das ist definitiv weder ökologisch noch tierfreundlich

vor 2 Wochen @peteraugust5295 Also wie du von dem Hinweis, dass regelmäßige Transatlantikflüge samt Pferd weder tier- noch umweltfreundlich sind, plötzlich auf Schlafen, Essen und Spazierengehen kommst, wird mir wohl für immer ein Rätsel bleiben. Schlafen und Essen sind menschliche Grundbedürfnisse, fällt sowas weg, dann stirbst du. Und absolut niemand erwartet von dir einen Suizid fürs Klima. Spaziergänge sind sinnvoll für deine eigene Gesundheit, Bewegung, frische Luft, Prävention fürs Gesundheitssystem und Bewegung ist absolut natürlich, nichts was deinem ökologischen Fußabdruck schadet. Auch Sport ist nicht per se ökologisch schlecht, noch nicht mal Reitsport an sich. Aber mehrfach im Jahr ein Tier und sich selbst quer über den Globus zu fliegen, nur um woanders zu reiten, ist einfach maximal unnötig. Reite halt hier, da wo du wohnst, fahr vielleicht mal mit Auto und Anhänger zum nächsten Wald, an einen See oder den Strand. Ist auch nicht Null CO2 Ausstoß, aber eben etwas reduziert. Deine Argumentation ist halt „Wenn ich es nicht perfekt machen kann, dann lasse ich es halt ganz bleiben“ und dieser Weg fördert Stillstand, so kommt die Menschheit nicht vorwärts. Wäre es gut für die Umwelt, wenn wir alle von heute auf morgen, nie wieder neue Kleidung kaufen, nie wieder Auto fahren, keinen Strom mehr verbrauchen und in Hütten in den Wald ziehen? Ja, grundsätzlich schon, wenn du willst, go for it, aber niemand fordert eine völlige Aufgabe sämtlicher Zivilisation. Es geht um ein allgemeines Umwelt- und Nachhaltigkeitsbewusstsein. Sich immer mal wieder die Frage stellen, ob das nötig ist, ob man darauf verzichten könne, wie groß der Preis für einen wäre, etwas zu lassen.

vor 2 WochenOb man diesen professionellen Tiersport wirklich braucht kann man denke ich tatsächlich in Frage stellen. Der Amateur- und Breitensport wäre sicher ein Verlust, einige wenige Gutverdiener die mit ihren Pferden um die halbe Welt fliegen um sie dann in einer Arena ungesund kaputt zu reiten, ist es vermutlich eher nicht.

vor 2 WochenIch habe mich in einem Stall mit Turnierpferden eine zeitlang um die „ausrangierten“ Pferde gekümmert, die nicht gut genug waren. Es hat mir das Herz geboren wie dort mit den Pferden umgegangen wurde. Es ging mir so an die Psyche, dass ich mich schweren Herzens dazu entschlossen habe, zu gehen und meine Schützlinge zurück gelassen habe. Inzwischen bin ich in einem anderen Stall in dem ausschließlich kranke und alte Pferde gepflegt und gekuschelt werden. Leider denke ich oft an die Zeit zurück und finde es unfassbar schlimm, dass es Pferdesport überhaupt noch gibt. Das ist einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß und Tierquälerei.

Wenn ein Pferd vor Feuer, Explosionen, Rauch, lauten Menschenmassen und fliegenden Gegenständen nicht mehr flieht, dann ist das kein ‚Vertrauen‘ – das ist erlernte Hilflosigkeit (gelernte Resignation). Ihr Wille, ihr natürlicher Schutzinstinkt und ihr Recht auf Autonomie wurden systematisch und über Jahre hinweg ‚wegtrainiert‘ (gebrochen), bis sie völlig gegen ihre Natur funktionieren. Das Paradoxe ist: Die Polizei ist eigentlich dazu da, Freiheit, Schutz und körperliche Unversehrtheit zu verteidigen. Was würde die Polizei tun, wenn man Menschen und deren Kinder stehlen, einsperren, anketten und zwingen würde, gegen ihren Willen unter Tränengas und Feuerwerkskörpern in eine wütende Menschenmenge zu marschieren? Ein Pferd ist kein Polizeiauto, kein Panzer und keine Uniform. Es ist eine wehrlose, souveräne Seele. Dass das Tier am Ende des Lebens vielleicht ‚auf die Koppel‘ darf, ist kein gütiges Geschenk, sondern der kümmerliche Rest eines Lebens, das von Anfang an gestohlen war. vor 4 JahrenAlso ich weiß nicht, wer das Zepter für diese „Polizei Hessen Karriere“ Filme in der Hand hält, aber ich finde, die sind so freundlich gemacht… das ist sehr schön die anzuschauen. Kein Off-Kommentar, die Akteure wirken überwiegend wunderbar natürlich und cool mit der Kamera und der Schnitt und die Kameraführung sind leicht „unruhig“ aber nicht dieses „Hallo, wir haben uns was bei Influencern abgeguckt und machen das jetzt noch zehnmal schneller“-unruhig…sondern ein sympathisches unruhig. Kritik von einem Filmlaien, der gerne die Videos schaut 🙂

vor 4 JahrenHab erst 46 sec. Gekuckt und finde es schon enorm was diese Tiere leisten ️ Man vergesse nicht das es Fluchttiere sind. Ich glaube mehr Vertrauen geht nicht . Man sollte als Passant oder Autofahrer o. ä. Immer Rücksicht darauf nehmen und respektvoll begegnen. Toller Bericht

vor 1 JahrMich hat anfangs irritiert, dass die beiden Reiterinnen vor der Kamera zu viel mit den Händen fuchteln. Es scheint die vierbeinigen Beamten nicht zu stören, auch ein Teil der Pferdeschule? Im Gegensatz zum Dienst. Da müssen die Pferde ganz andere Störfaktoren aushalten. Könnt Ihr was dazu sagen, wie Ihr Euch fit macht, bitte? Total spannend, denn Ihr wollt sicher lange gesund im Sattel sitzen

vor 4 JahrenIch finde es sehr beeindruckend, wie unerschrocken die Pferde sind. Das ist wirklich gar kein Vergleich zum Durchschnittspferd. Vielen Dank für die tolle Arbeit. Die Pferde sehen alle so entspannt und ausgeglichen aus. Ich gehe so oft durch die Frankfurter Anlagen spazieren und bin jetzt etwas enttäuscht, dass ich da noch nie einer Streife begegnet bin. Aber vielleicht kommt das noch Alles Gute für die zwei- und vierbeinigen Mitglieder der Reiterstaffel!

Darin geht es um die immer gleichen Vorwürfe gegen die Betreiber des Pferdehofes und ihres Ferienangebots. Die Vorwürfe sind durch nichts belegt. Während unserer Dreharbeiten ist unserem Team nichts aufgefallen, was auf Gesetzesverstöße hindeutet. Die Kommentare mit den immer gleichen Textbausteinen sind eine Grenzüberschreitung. Wir bitten darum, diese Form des Bashings zu unterlassen.

Den Mädchen wird hier unter dem Deckmantel von ‚Pferdeliebe‘ beigebracht, wie man souveräne, fühlende MitTiere als bloße Sport- und Spaßgeräte benutzt, striegelt und steuert. Sie lernen, die Erschöpfung, die lahmen Beine und die leeren Augen der Pferde zu ignorieren, solange sie selbst ihren ‚Spaß‘ und ihr ‚Abzeichen‘ bekommen. Ein Pferd ist kein Fahrrad, das man für 500 Euro pro Woche mietet, um darauf eine ‚Quadrille‘ zu üben! Pferde sind von Natur aus wild, sensibel und autonom. Sie wollen nicht von morgens bis abends von hunderten verschiedenen Kindern geputzt, gesattelt und im Kreis getrieben werden. Dieses stoische ‚Mitmachen‘ der Pferde ist keine Freude, es ist erlernte Hilflosigkeit und totale Resignation (die genau diese der Menschen hinter ihrer aufgesetzten Rolle widerspiegelt): Wenn wir unseren Kindern echte Tierliebe, Empathie und Awareness Intelligence beibringen wollen, dann dürfen wir sie nicht auf Ausbeutungs-Höfe schicken! Wir müssen ihnen beibringen, dass Liebe bedeutet: Hände weg! Wahre Liebe lässt frei! Hört auf, Pferde als falsche Kinderbelustigung zu missbrauchen. Lasst uns die Zäune einreißen und diesen erschöpften Seelen ihre wilde, unangetastete 5D Freedomtivity zurückgeben! We are one!

vor 2 Wochen 11:00 das ist wirklich ein besorgniserregender beitrag, wenn die bis 80kinder die woche haben a 500€ sind das knapp 40k die WOCHE und dann stehen die pferde so zusammengepfercht audm “paddock” und werden wie am fließband geritten?? unverschämt tbh

vor 2 WochenSchön, dass der NDR hier einmal einen Einblick in den Hof gibt. Ich habe den Hof leider ganz anders erlebt und war von den Zuständen teilweise wirklich erschrocken. Das Personal ist durchaus bemüht, aber für mich steht hier ganz klar der Kommerz im Vordergrund, während auf das Tierwohl an vielen Stellen wenig Rücksicht genommen wird. Lahmende und psychisch stark auffällige Pferde werden teilweise stundenlang im Unterricht eingesetzt. Auch Mutterstuten wurden geritten, während ihre Fohlen sich allein in der Box vor Panik die Nase blutig schlugen. Gefühlt in nahezu jeder Reitstunde ist mindestens ein Kind vom Pferd gefallen, manche Kinder schlagen von den „Reitlehrern“ unkommentiert ständig mit Gerten auf die Pferde ein. Kein Wunder, bei so vielen Kindern in einer Reitstunde kann man auch nicht alles im Blick haben. Von den guten Bewertungen würde ich mich nicht unbedingt blenden lassen, kritische Bewertungen werden entweder entfernt oder man wird direkt vom Anwalt kontaktiert. Wer Wert auf einen wirklich pferdegerechten Umgang und nicht nur auf das eigene Vergnügen legt, sollte meiner Meinung nach genauer hinschauen.

vor 2 Wochenist das 50-80 kinder pro woche gemeint oder über die saison verteilt? alle in einer woche kann ja garnicht pferd oder kindgerecht sein , neben den ferien wird ja wahrscheinlich auch normaler schul und privatbetrieb weiter laufen

vor 2 WochenKlingt idylisch und schön. Ich bezweifel das es den Pferden gut geht….nicht nur hier sondern in 99% aller Schulpferdbetriebe. Sobald Tiere Geld bringen – ist das Tierwohl hinten angestellt. Gerte Geschirr etc….ich hoffe das sich da bald in Zukunft was ändert.

vor 2 Wochen (bearbeitet)Ja, auch ich finde in den Momentausschnitten die Ansagen sehr ungenau. Beim Ausritt, besonders beim Galopp, sind die Abstände zwischen den Pferden viel zu klein. „Gleichgewicht verloren“ auf einem bockenden Pferd, das keinen Bock hat, hinten zu gehen… witzige Interpretation. „Alles gut“ beim Galopp in der Abteilung ich sag mal so, hätte mein Pferd den Kopf so hochgerissen, hätte ich von meinem damaligem Reitlehrer zurecht einen ordentlichen Einlauf bekommen.

vor 2 Wochen @RaMi-iy1nd Genauso wie die Zügel wirklich deutlich zu lang lassen, usw. (immernoch besser als mit Ausbindern zuschnüren). Klar sind die Kinder oft noch sehr klein, aber dennoch. Auf mich wirkt es eher so, als würden die Betreuer*innen halt selber reiten und dann einfach Unterricht zahlt. Was für 500€ für eine Woche dann doch heftig wäre.

vor 2 WochenIch reite seit dem ich vier bin und hab zwei eigene Pferde aber bin ich die einzige die einfach nur traurige Pferde sieht??? Alle laufen steif, ein Schimmel lahmt sogar, wenn sie stehen sehen sie aus als wenn sie total fertig sind…. Also Spaß hin oder her es sind Tiere die nicht gemacht wurden um darauf zu reiten, daher schaut bitte das diese wunderbaren geschöpfe gesunderhalten werden und nicht einfach runter geritten werden, denn dann hat niemand mehr Spaß daran, bringt das diesen Kindern auch mal bei.

vor 9 TagenACHTUNG, FINGER WEG VON DEN BERNSTEINREITERN!! Dieser Betrieb beutet die Pferde und die Menschen aus! Junge Mädchen werden angeblich zur Ausbildung angestellt, müssen aber über 60h die Woche arbeiten und es sind keine 80 Kinder, sondern 110! Pro Woche! Die Pferde sind teils in katastrophalem Gesundheitszustand, das wird alles ignoriert, zudem ist es absolut fahrlässig junge Menschen einzustellen die weder pädagogisch noch am Pferd ausgebildet sind! Hier geht es nur um den Profit auf den Rücken von Mensch und Tier!

vor 2 WochenZu Minute 11:50: Ein Wunder, dass Stute und Fohlen das überlebt haben! Eigentlich checkt man das doch frühzeitig per Ultraschall ab, um Zwillinge zu verhindern, weil es lebensgefährlich für die Tiere ist. Da wurde das Zuchtmanagement wohl leider ziemlich vernachlässigt. Auch einige der Schuilpferde sehen nicht gut aus.

vor 2 WochenJa natürlich macht man Ultraschall um eine Zwillingsgeburt auszuschließen, jedoch kann es passieren. Das sich das zweite Fohlen bsw. der Embryo hinter dem anderen Fohlen versteckt und es so nicht möglich ist zu erkennen ob die Stute nun ein oder zwei Fohlen bekommt. Denke so war es in diesem Fall auch.
